Charlie thrives on a good challenge and is especially drawn to complex projects that push his skills and deliver standout results. When he’s not on the job, he’s usually planning his next adventure, including a long-held goal of hunting brown bear on Kodiak Island. He’s got a habit of breaking into song and belting out his own creative, hilariously wrong lyrics.
